Q.How to change password? |
|
|
A. First, log in your profile with 6 digits password given in your reset password email. Next, click into your profile on the top right hand corner, click on change password. The rest proceed as usual. |

Q.What are your delivery options? |
|
|
A. We deliver throughout whole Singapore. You can view the shipping charges by selecting your delivery state after putting the items in your shopping cart. Delivery is $5 per trip for whole Singapore for purchase below $38. Minimum order of $100 for delivery to Jurong Island and Sentosa Island. |

Q. What are your payment options? |
|

A. We take payment using the following options: |
- PayPal
- Fund Transfer (local bank)

After you made the payment, please send us a screenshot of payment indicating the order number : ###### in the Reference column in your internet banking page via Whatsapp.

Q. Are your card processing methods secure? |
|
|
A. Card transactions are processed by PayPal secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site. We do not retain your card details in any format. |

Q. How do I know if my order has been received? |
|
|
A. You should receive an automatic email confirmation from us once your payment has been processed and a confirmation from either PayPal to confirm a successful transaction. If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at +65 9685 7566 or email us at enquiry@freshroast.com.sg and we will confirm if we have received your order. |

Q. What if my delivery doesn't arrive when expected? |
|
|
A. As our coffee are roasted upon order, all orders placed will be delivered within the next 5-7 working days upon payment received.
Orders received by us after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie. Monday.
In the event you do not receive your goods when expected, please contact us between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday at +65 9685 7566 or +65 9355 5744 or enquiry@freshroast.com.sg and we will track your order immediately. |

Q. How do I receive a tax invoice? |
|
|
A. Your tax invoice is normally dispatched with your goods. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tax invoice with your goods, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement. |

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made? |
|
|
- Please send an email at enquiry@freshroast.com.sg or whatsapp to +65 9355 5744 or +65 9685 7566 with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order within 48 hours from order confirmation.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. How do we make refund for customer who paid via Paypal? |
|
|
A. All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after payment is received. A full refund ( minus $0.50) admin
charge applies via paynow.
